The Allen Firestarters Dance Team is one of the most visible organizations on the Allen Community College campus . The team is a visible reminder of the pride and the tradition of Allen Athletics. We desire to be leaders in our sport as well as in the classroom. We are the support group for the Red Devil men's and women's basketball teams, performing all half-time and time-out routines at every home game along with performing on the sidelines.

 

Being part of the Red Devil Spirit Squad means being enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours while sustaining a 2.0 GPA. We offer full books and tuition scholarships to eligible individuals.

 

We are a competitive team focused on hip hop, pom, jazz, and gameday/spirit rally. We have attended Region 6 Championships where we were 2022 Champions, 2023 Runners up, and 2019 3rd place winners. We have also attended NDA camp, where we received "Most Spirited" collegiate team and a silver paid bid to nationals, DTU competitions, as well as Revolution and Starpower regional competitions where we have won Overall High Score awards in pom in 2021 and 2022.
